Endüstriyel mürekkep püskürtme uzmanı Durst şimdi de yeni Rho Roll 3M Premium UV mürekkebiyle 3M Matched Component System (Eşli Parça Sistemi) (MCS) kriterlerini karşılıyor. 3M Garanti Programı yüksek kalite eşleme folyoları, mürekkepler ve koruyucu tabaklar ve- seçilmiş dijital yazıcı sistemleri için onaylanmış cilaları içerisine almaktadır. The Matched Component System üretim kalitesi ve kullanıcıları ile uyumlu baskı kalitesi sağlamaktadır. Yeni Durst Rho Roll 3M Premium UV Mürekkep ortak markalı bir ürün olarak tanıtılmıştır.

Bu mürekkep aslında Rho 312R Rolodan Ruloya Yazıcı için Durst Quadro Array 12M yazıcı kafaları ve Variodrop teknolojisi ile geliştirilmiştir; fakat Durst Rho P10 320R ile de uyumludur. Durst Rho Roll 3M Premium UV Mürekkep mürekkep püskürtmeli-uyumlu 3M folyoları üzerine baskı yapmak için ve çok renkli görüntülerin üretimi için oldukça uygundur. UV-kürleyici mürekkepler sabittir, hava geçirmezdir ve mükemmel bir renk tutarlılığı sağlar. Mürekkebin esnekliği ve adapte edilebilirliği kürlenmiş veya perçinlenmiş yüzeylere baskı yapılmasını saplar. Mürekkep sistemi Camgöbeği, Eflatun, Sarı, Siyah, Açık Camgöbeği ve Açık Eflatun renklerini içermektedir ve şu andan itibaren Durst’tan 5 litrelik kutular halinde satın alınabilmektedir. 

Durst and 3M with new Premium UV Ink for Roll media

Durst, the industrial inkjet specialist now fulfills the criteria for the 3M Matched Component System (MCS) with its new Rho Roll 3M Premium UV Ink. The 3M Warranty Program includes a range of high quality and matching foils, inks and protective laminates and -varnishes, which are approved for selected digital printer systems. The Matched Component System provides production safety and consistent print quality for its users. The new Durst Rho Roll 3M Premium UV Ink is promoted as a co-branded product.

It was originally developed for the Rho 312R Roll-to-Roll Printer with Durst Quadro Array 12M Printheads and Variodrop technology, but is also compatible with the Durst Rho P10 320R. The Durst Rho Roll 3M Premium UV Ink is perfectly suited for printing on inkjet-compatible 3M foils and for the production of multi-colored images. The UV-curing inks are stable, weatherproof and provide an excellent color consistency. The ink’s flexibility and adaptability enables printing on curved or riveted surfaces. The ink system contains the colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan and Light Magenta and can be purchased from Durst in 5-liter cubitainers as of now.
